My Experience as a Therapist
Since 1998 I have worked in various clinical settings including private practice, non-profit agencies and schools. In my practice I currently see individuals who wish to improve their life situation. In addition to my private practice I have served as a Clinical Supervisor and provided on-site training to Masters degree counseling interns at non-profit agencies in the county.

Certifications

I hold certification as a Critical Incident Stress Debriefer (CISD). When the need arises I provide on-site crisis counseling at companies and schools.

I have fulfilled requirements for the certification of registered Play Therapist – Supervisor (RPT-S), a certification given by the Association of Play Therapy (APT). Requirements for this certification include five years post Masters, 150 hours play therapy education and 5000 hours of clinical experience.

In 2011 I completed an EMDRIA approved training (Level I and Level II). As I began conducting EMDR with clients I received an additional 30 hours of consultation with an EMDRIA approved consultant.
